] <@jules> so lets all just for a moment take a deep breath and focus
<@jules> feel yourself slowing down
<@jules> bring to mind a time of happiness
<@jules> maybe a person or a place
<@jules> maybe an occasion
<@jules> but bring to yourself the memory of that happiness
<@jules> feel it as it forms within you
<@jules> filling you with its riches
<@jules> and as you do lets share this feeling with all here
<@jules> send this wonderful energy to each here
<@jules> feel it travelling around touching each and forming a circle of light
<@jules> bringing us together
<@jules> as one
<@jules> now allow this energy to flow through you
<@jules> and as it touches the ground/floor feel it descending deep down
<@jules> like roots of a tree
] <@jules> and combining with the earths energies
<@jules> and feel them flowing back up
<@jules> and as they do you start to feel empowered
<@jules> for you start to open to spirit
<@jules> and the energies start to flood in
<@jules> blending and making you a medium of the Divine energy
] <@jules> as you let go of the material more and more
<@jules> you find yourself starting to float
<@jules> almost as though you are finding your real you
] <@jules> many clouds of colours surround you
<@jules> and as you touch each one you absorb all that you need
<@jules> you float on  and become aware of a bright light
<@jules> its as though you start to go through a tunnel of light
] <@jules> for at the end you can see a differnt light
<@jules> as you step out into this
<@jules> you find as always that you are standing at your gate
<@jules> in your hand you find your own key
<@jules> one that you have earned through many experiences
] <@jules> unlocking the gate you walk within
<@jules> and find yourself standing high on a hillside
<@jules> you can see for miles
<@jules> there are many hues of green
<@jules> but many other subtle colours combine to bring about a picture of peace
 <@jules> as you look around you take a deep breath
<@jules> and start to focus on a small wooded area near some hills
] <@jules> a river can be seen flowing from this area
<@jules> and as you look there is a footpath  leading from you towaRds it
<@jules> so following it you start to make your way thro
<@jules> fields of grass and wild flowers
] <@jules> heading towrads the woods
] <@jules> as you near them you can feel the energies starting to change
<@jules> you can smell the difference in the scents
<@jules> almost an earthiness
<@jules> you continue to follow the path
<@jules> and you can start to hear the sound of rushing water
<@jules> as soon as you hear it you can see amongst the trees a waterfall
<@jules> and you know this is where you are heading
] <@jules> as you step out of the trees
<@jules> you stand and just look at the sight of the waterfall
<@jules> the water is flowing quickly and dropping into a pool of water flooded by sunlight
<@jules> you walk over to the water and scoop up some water
<@jules> as it touches you you can feel its energy
<@jules> you know you must get into the water
<@jules> and as you do
<@jules> its as though you are walking into a pool of light
 ] <@jules> the energy flows through you
<@jules> you can feel it touching every cell
<@jules> it brings about a healing effect
<@jules> bringing a calmness
<@jules> and a peace to you
<@jules> where there have been aches and pains they have melted away
<@jules> you just float in the water for a while
<@jules> allowing yourself perfect freedom
<@jules> and just soaking up the healing energy
] <@jules> when you are ready you walk out of the water and go sit on a log by its side
<@jules> and knowing this is a healing place
<@jules> you start to place everyone you know who needs help within the energy
<@jules> knowing that they will be surrounded by this universal healing energy as you do so
<@jules> please place the names of those you wish to share this with, in the room
<@jules> see each of these surrounded by the energies within this pool
] <@jules> see and feel their problems melt away
<@jules> knowing that bringing positive energy within their lives will help each
<@jules> and so you are drawn back to where you are
] <@jules> the water once more can be heard rushing down into the pool
<@jules> and as you take in a nother deep breath
<@jules> you feel so different
<@jules> its almost as though you have shed a skin
<@jules> its as though any negative thoughts and energies have gone
<@jules> and you feel awake
<@jules> you know that for today it is time to start your journey back
<@jules> knowing that you can come here at anytime
 <@jules> to find and connect with the healing energies
 ] <@jules> for yourself and for others
<@jules> so finding the path once more
<@jules> you start to follow it out of the woods
] <@jules> as you step out into the fields
] <@jules> you can feel a brightness within
<@jules> and its as though to almost run up the hill towards the gate
<@jules> as you get to the top
<@jules> you look back at the beauty of the colours
] <@jules> you take this memory back with you as you walk thro the gate#
<@jules> locking it behind you
 <@jules> pocketing the key
<@jules> knowing you can return at any time
<@jules> and as you walk through the tunnel of light
 <@jules> you can feel so differnt
<@jules> as you float through the colours
<@jules> you find that any excess energy is absorbed by them
<@jules> allowing you once more to bring yourself in balance with the material
<@jules> and you find yourself gently returning to your room
<@jules> and to your chair
<@jules> wiggle your fingers
<@jules> and stretch those legs
<@jules> and allow yourswelf to just sit in the energy
<@jules> while I just offer a few words of thanks in a prayer

<@jules> we give thanks for what we have experienced today
<@jules> we ask that all the energies we have built up here
<@jules> may go around our world
<@jules> touching the hearts and minds of those men women and children who are in need
<@jules> that they may find positive energy in their lives and all the darkness may become light
jules> they may find hope and a peace
