So please, if you feel you cannot commit to keeping your attention in class, we are also meeting, as usual, on Fridays for a general chat. Anyone who wishes to read on Friday is welcome provided the room is moderated.

Please be early! If you arrive late then you will find the room moderated until after the meditation is finished. There will be an opportunity to discuss your experiences afterwords.

Come and experience meditation. This is a great way to start to understand yourself. It helps to bring a calmness and a peace into your life. It can also help to connect with both loved ones and also others who have passed to spirit. For those who are developing their awareness of spirit it is a MUST!!!

Many of the meditations will be guided but also there will be suggestions each week of other forms of meditation. Out there, there is the right one for you.
