<jules> then start to send it out to all here
<jules> for we are forming a circle of light
<jules> as you sit there you may feel others walking behind you
<jules> but have no worries they are here to look after us
<jules> so build up that energy within you
<jules> allow it to flow down to Mother earth
<jules> and deep down into the earth
<jules> like roots of a tree
<jules> but like roots allow its wonderful nature energies to flow up
<jules> blending with yours
<jules> and as it does take another deep breath
<jules> feel yourself starting to free yourself from the material
<jules> the more you start to blend
<jules> the more you start to float
<jules> there are so many wonderful colours around you
<jules> clouds whch you float thro
<jules> and as you do so you are filled with this lightness
<jules> ahead you see a bright white light
<jules> a tunnel
<jules> and as you start to float thro it you become so charged with love
<jules> you are almost crying
<jules> as you come out of this light you find yourself standing aT A gate
<jules> in your hand is a key
<jules> its your own personal one built up from years of experiences
<jules> and unlocking it you walk inside
<jules> you are so full of energy
<jules> its just as though you have turned on a bright light within you
<jules> for this is the real you
<jules> as you stop and look
<jules> you can see that you are at the bottom of a high mountain
<jules> the tops is covered in cloud
<jules> a small path can be seen wending its way upwards
<jules> and as you watch you are drawn to half way up
<jules> for there is a plateau
<jules> and you start to walk quickly up the path
<jules> something or someone is pulling you upwards
<jules> you walk thro trees
<jules> and smell the earthiness
<jules> you can smell the grass
<jules> and the flowers as you walk over them
<jules> heading onwards
<jules> you find the trees thin out
<jules> and you head upwards
<jules> you finally climb onto the plateau
<jules> and look around
<jules> it is like an oasisi on a mountainside
<jules> there is water trickling down the rocks at the back
<jules> and a small pool
<jules> around this there are rocks
<jules> shaped like seats
<jules> you know you are to walk over and sit down
<jules> as you sit by the water you can feel its powerful energy
<jules> you look around
<jules> far out you can see birds flying and soaring
<jules> and then your eyes are taken upwards
<jules> for there is another path leading downwards
<jules> and there is someone coming down it
<jules> nearer and nearer they come
<jules> until they are on the plateau
<jules> they come over and join you
<jules> as they sit down you are so filled with happiness and love
<jules> for they are very special to you
<jules> they have come today to be with you
<jules> and to help you on your pathway
<jules> they will give you each a special message
<jules> it is for you
<jules> it will help you as you go forward
<jules> just for a few moments just enjoy their company
<jules> feel the energies
<jules> take them within your heart
<jules> and just chill out
<jules> all too soon it is time for your visitor has to leave
<jules> but as they do they tell you they are with you often
<jules> just feel their thoughts
<jules> they will help you
<jules> you give them a ug
<jules> and they walk off back up their track
<jules> you watch them till they disappear into the clouds
<jules> and you find yourself once more on your own
<jules> its has been such an inciteful time
<jules> its time for you also to start back
<jules> so taking one last look around#
<jules> you make your way back down the mountain
<jules> as you walk down the path
<jules> you notice how much clearer things are
<jules> smells
<jules> sights
<jules> noises
<jules> everything
<jules> as you reach the bottom
<jules> you find yourself by your gate again
<jules> taking one last look up the mountain
<jules> you walk thro and lock the door
<jules> pocketing the key knowing you can return at any time
<jules> and with this you walk thro the tiunne of light
<jules> as you pass thro the clouds you find any excess energy melts away into the colours
<jules> and you return back to your room gently
<jules> and find yourself sitting there once more by your pc
<jules> just for a moment
<jules> allow yourself to go over your thoughts
<jules> wiggle your fingers
<jules> and your toes
<jules> and now i will hand over to kev

<Nando> a beautiful peacefull lake
<Nando> and the path was full of leaves... like it was autumn
<Nando> I could smell the trees and the leaves

<Nando> and someone was walking with me
<Nando> with a huge smile... ane her eyes full of tears, Laura was there with little baby in her arms

<Nando> she look at me... with those eyes... I can see those eyes now as I am writing

<Nando> and she invited me to walk there, but saying nothing
<Nando> and she stopped there... I felt like I was not able to walk without her
<Nando> but her smile and her eyes were saying  c'mon
<Nando> so I started walking to them... and as I was getting closer
<Nando> a person stood up and walked to me...
<Nando> and a dog was following him
<Nando> I tried to look and see that my nan was sitting there babysitting a baby too
<Nando> and she waved
<Nando> but my dad was walking to me
<Nando> younger that I can remember him
<Nando> and he looked at me and just say
<Nando> hey you... stubborn you are  and he started laughing
