Helena (one of our regular chatters) sent the photo above and her description. .

"I am a very spiritual person and on leaving the beach I looked outward to the horizon and upwards to the skies and silently thanked the universe for all that was. At that moment I was moved to take a photograph so that I would have the memory of this time forever. On development of the photo I was moved to tears.
I knew right away with all that was in me that I had captured something special .... something amazing. In this photograph is a true reflection of all the emotion entwined into how I felt that day I spent in solitude on the beach."

The pictures below were taken of Helena's brother, Chris. The picture on the right was taken after her brother's ashes were scattered showing that life really does go on beyond the veil. The writing below is taken from Helena writing with her brother in spirit using tranced automatic writing.

Merry-go-rounds are hard to get off until you stop,
get off and look around. A plan for all.
You can change what is here and why you are there.
Some things in general plan cannot be changed,
only change to get back on track.
Yesterday was hard, tomorrow better and easier
and future bright. You walked in my shoes remember.
You were always there for me, now I am there for you.
Trust in me, in us, in the process. There was pain,
now I am as free as a bird, soaring in the wind.
I am here, there, everywhere, and beside you always.
Seize the moment sis. What is important in life is to live it.
To love, to learn, to experience, to have forgiveness.
You have suffered much sis and forgiven even more."
