Do you realize that many of these firearms are legally banned for sale in California? In addition, any firearm sold in California must be brokered by an FFL holder, so that proper background checks can be made, and state fees assessed. Thank you for your co-operation" Bernie replies: Dear Senator Frankenstein, Thank you for your letter. Yes, we are fully aware about gun laws in Calfornia. What you don't seem to realize is....WE'RE CROOKS, MORON! We don't give a s*** about your laws! Roger, awaiting trial on armed robbery charges, writes: "I got nabbed allegedly robbing a bank. My cell mate says I'm gonna do extra time 'cause my gun wasn't registered. Is this true?" Bernie replies: "Your cell mate's a dope. You not going to do extra time for not registering your guns, because the Supreme Court of the United States says you don't have to. That's right! The Supreme Court says that if you're a crook, you don't have to obey any kind of registration laws, because it would violate your Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination. Don't you love this country?" Stan in New York writes: "I got arrested on attempted rape. Everything was going great, when the chick pulls a .40 Glock from under her pillow, and blows away my *****!! What I want to ask is, can I sue her? Bernie replies: "Remember, Stan, in liberal New York, criminals ARE the vicitms. Sue her for all she's worth. But it won't keep you from doing some time for the attempted rape. But don't worry, with your new "sex change", you'll make someone a fine B**** in the joint!"
