In other words. the white light is guardian of the 12 spectral rays on assignment to the spectrally encoded octaves of each of the co-created dimensional schoolrooms. The Higher mind can ascend or descend the ladder of those dimensions with the protection of the golden frequency generator.

Ralph had taken several anomalous photos of his own thought cell, assuming that it was a UFO manifesting self upon his reproduced photos. His higher guidances told him to seek that cell not in the panorama of a darkened night sky, but to draw it closer to within him.
