Successfully generated, maintained and managed over 3,700 individual BI reports and metrics developed using Cognos Impromptu, MS Excel, and MS Access, which were provided to clients using a monitored semi-automatic local scheduled delivery software package.  Report delivery was successfully maintained at a 97%+ availability rate, consistently exceeding a stated 95% goal for four consecutive years.  Data collected was initially housed in a Sybase data warehouse environment, and later changed to a SQL Server 2000 environment.  Worked directly with functional managers and senior group leadership in defining and documenting metric requirements;  Created Visual Basic / MS Excel applet which automated generation of weekly warranty parts cost analysis report from various SQL sources (MS Excel, Cognos Impromptu).  Application saved a minimum of 210 man-hours per year in report preparation and processing time;  Developed metrics for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) team tracking inbound/outbound transactions from Oracle data extracts; Served as Chairman of Global REX (Remedy) Users Group.  Provided complete documentation on all report sets, and procedures
